What a Show !

Monday, January 14th, 2008

The Bridal Showcase, Charlotte’s huge bridal show is just over and I am still pumped.

It was a great success and I am very flattered by so many wonderful comments on what we had on display, including our booth.

There was a vast amount of great vendors, and the show was packed the whole day long. First estimates show that it might have been the biggest Showcase ever!

Thank you for coming!

Wedding in Kiev, Ukraine !

A happy New Year to everybody!
My business partner Thomas has contributed to our Blog all the time. My new year’s resolution is to be more active here, too.

While I was archiving last year’s images, I came across some amazing pictures. I want to share them with you, since this wedding was so much fun!

It all started with a letter from a wonderful client:

And they actually used one of the wedding pictures as their stamp! That is so cool. I didn’t even know that you can do this.

So next are a few of Natalia & Klaus’ wedding images. As a matter of fact, you don’t get booked for a wedding in Kiev every day …

And this is the story:
The atmospheric and traditional ceremony took place in an Ukraine-orthodox chapel.

Next, we went to the reception which was held in Ukraine tradition. An awesome experience!
I would love to see and photograph some more tradition and regional customs in German wedding.
They give the day a very individual note.

2008 – a new year and exciting news !

A Happy New Year to all our clients, vendors and partners!

2008 will be an exciting year for us. The biggest news is that I have now permanently relocated to the United States (Charlotte, NC). So now we are active on two continents, as Nicolas will continue to cater to the European market.

As readers of our Blog know, I have worked in many different places in the States as well in many European countries. I want to bring a little bit of this international flair to each and every wedding or portrait that I do.

So just for the fun of it, from time to time I will post some images from the “Old Continent” to bring you this awesome smell of freshly brewed Espresso, the amber shine of Bavarian beer or a few tunes of Irish Folk music. Let’s start – you can surely guess the place …

Come back soon for more!
